Stephen d’Incelli is the Founder and Managing Partner of Veridio Capital Partners. Stephen has 20+ years of private equity experience investing across specialty materials, advanced industrials, and life sciences in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Oceania.

Prior to founding Veridio, Stephen was a Managing Director at SK Capital Partners (2015 to 2025) and at Sun Capital Partners (2007 to 2015). Over his career, Stephen has led or co-led 17 platform and add-on transactions, with particular depth in carve-outs, founder partnerships, buy-and-build consolidations, and cross-border situations. He has served as Chair or board member at Ecopol, IPACKCHEM, Perimeter Solutions, Wavelength, and Noramco, as well as CME, a non-profit accelerating STEM leadership.

Stephen began his career at Lehman Brothers and is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he studied economics and psychology, and completed European Union studies at Sciences Po. He is Franco-American and recently relocated to Paris with his wife, three daughters, and dog (Nacho).
